The Diamond Heart Foundation
The Diamond Heart Foundation exists to make available teachings and practices, particularly of Buddhism, and especially the rich tradition that developed in Tibet, in a non-doctrinaire and non-dogmatic manner that encourages inquiry and openness.
In doing so it, seeks to present these in a way that takes account of the conditions of contemporary culture and the Western psyche, and of current issues and concerns. It aims to create conditions in which individuals and society can enjoy peace, freedom from fear, happiness, well-being, and the opportunity for spiritual growth according to methods that are well-established and tested.
Rather than a religion, as one eminent lama, with good experience of the west, has recently said, "Buddhism, is a science of mind - the oldest, most developed and tested, that there is."

Empowerment, Teachings and Practice of Vajrakila
with Lopon Ogyan Tanzin
Friday 19th September - Sunday 21st September
Times: 10.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m (approx.) each day
We are delighted that Lopon Ogyan has kindly agreed to return to Khandro Ling to transmit the practice of Vajrakila.
Vajrakila embodies the enlightened activity of the buddhas manifesting in a wrathful, yet compassionate, form. He subdues delusions and negativities that arise as obstacles to dharma practice and purifies spiritual pollution. All the great nyingma masters from Padmasambhava onwards, including all the great masters of the present day, have practiced Vajrakila's method of accomplishment.
